Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Not Really Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider rush your appointment? No Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous!

They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional
