I am very unsatisfied with this office. I was 9 minutes late and they refused to see me. I did call ahead to let them know I was stuck in construction. It is very disappointing they they refused to see me even though I did call and was only 9 minutes late. They didn’t even give me the 15 minute courtesy. Very dissatisfied.
