I’ve been going here for over 5 years. Always a good experience and superb service.
My children and I have been going to see Dr. Mercer for many years. She and her staff have always been kind and considerate. She has seen my son through losing his two front teeth and has helped me with several crowns. She always talks me through each procedure, big and small, and she remembers details from visits 6 months or more before. I'm sorry for anyone who hasn't had the chance to get to know Dr. Mercer because she is the ultimate professional - someone who cares for her patients as real people.
Staff that answered the phone was incredibly rude.
