Everyone was so nice and did a fantastic job of making my kids feel comfortable.
I had my first appointment last week & it was a great experience. Our 3 year old went yesterday & they made his first experience at the dentist a good one, he loved it!! Thank you Dr. Carpenter
Today was my first time there and the staff was amazing they took their time on me and explained everything that was going on with my teeth in detail. My kids go back next week! I was very happy with them.
Thursday evening my front tooth bridge, which included two teeth, fell out.. I thought my holidays were ruined. I called Pressler and Carpenter Family Dentistry Friday morning, and had got an appointment within the hour. The office was very busy, but they worked me in and took care of my problem. I am so pleased and appreciative of the results.

I am such a baby when it comes to going to the dentist. Moved to Mount Vernon two years ago and was blessed to run into Dr. Carpenter at First Friday and find a dentist. Had the best experience ever and would highly recommend this office. I will definitely be back......but may wait for six months!
Growing up, I despised going to the dentist. I never wanted to go. Luckily, my kids have NEVER felt this way. They actually look forward to it! In fact, they count down the days to their visits! Just when I thought we had dodged the bullet, we joined the brace club today as Emma got braces put on. A HUGE shout out to Michelle Evert Carpenter for being such an amazing dentist.
