DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY. I was sick for two months. I had to see Dr.Berry three times before she found out what i had.She just takes your money. She would just walk in for five minutes and not even give me time to talk, she would give me a doctor excuse note and tons of sample medicine and then give me prescription on meds that i didn't even need. She sent me to get labs and then called saying i needed to come back.. So assuming that i had something wrong with me. i went, got charged another copay. and it was not even an... read more
Had been seeing her for years, didn't realize how poorly things were run and how much better I felt when I saw someone else in Boerne. After time she got to be all about the money & visits, as opposed to patient care.
Been going to her for years. She does a good job and always has a smile on her face. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get to see her but other than that everything is A-OK.
Oct 20, 2011 GLORIFIED DRUG DEALER Dr. Michelle Berry is nothing but a pill doctor who only cares about money. She prescribes absurd amounts of pain killers (Vicodin) and prescribed Adderall without even checking out my medical history of any sorts. And now she makes you come in every month and makes you pay $70 in order for her to write refills. Dr. Berry only cares about the patients money and could care less about their well-being. I got a prescription on my last Paid visit and unfortunately every Costco was out of the medicine. it took a couple weeks till Costco received the medicine and by that time the prescription had expired. So i went back out to Berry With my Expired Script in hand (only 2 weeks later) expecting to receive a new one and she charged me another doctor visit fee of $65, when the situation was clearly out of my hands. Dr. Berry treated my daughter for ADHD for several months. When we moved & had to get another MD who was closer, she refused to refill my daughter's medication unless she could see her for a patient appt. Although she was very familiar with my daughter and her treatment, she would not even consider that we were having to pay another $100 to see a new MD to transfer my daughter's care, as well as the cost of filling the prescription. In a nutshell: RUDE, IMPATIENT, UNCARING, and INATTENTIVE!!! I had one of the worst doctor's visits of my life with Dr. Berry- after waiting for an hour, she came into the room and gave me 5 minutes to try and blurt out my symptoms as she talked over me. She was so obviously not listening that as I spelled something out for her, I saw her spell it completely differently on her sheet. She is without a doubt the most non-caring physician I have ever seen. She does not listen to her patients, or take time with them.
