Be aware that you might be charged a copay for your annual visit, just because you talked about your health issues with this doctor. I had a visit with Dr Nino for the first time for my annual physical exam, and received a bill a month after my visit for a $20 copay. I was surprised because I've had a good insurance for as long as I remember, and never been charged a copay for my annual checkups.
