This review is long overdue. Dr. Reed’s office used to be professional maybe 15 years ago and she is a caring doctor, but she continues to ignore the complete mess her office is in administratively. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls, even for urgent matters. The doctors and nurse practitioners other than Dr. Reed are completely unprofessional and incompetent. It hurts to have to write this bc I’ve been going to this practice for about 15 years and I remember when this practice was professional and responsive to the needs of their patients. However now it’s completely changed. They are almost impossible to contact via phone. When you leave a voice message they don’t call you back. I love this doctor. She is caring. But since the pandemic, the hardest thing to do is make an appointment. No one answers the phone, no one calls back from the voicemails. I booked an appt. online. When I got to the appt. No one was there. I booked online again, my appt was confirmed. Then I got an email 2 days saying my appt was canceled. I need a letter of approval from her to have surgery and there is no way to contact her. I am devastated enough and this stressed me out even more.
Dr. Michele Reed is an Excellent doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Michele Reed for more then 10 years and she always make sure that I'm in the best health as possible. Not only does she cares about my well being but makes sure that I stay healthy as well. She is determine to make sure all her patients are physically fit as well as emotional.
MS Family Medicine is not so professional This review is about the office. I faxed my daughter’s school health form at the end of August. I would follow up every other week to see if it is completed. I was told if I had dropped it off it would have been on the doctor’s desk already. It was finally completed in October but still haven’t received it yet.
My daughter is a mental health patient and after this incident today, we will be changing our GP. Dr. Reed's office is careless, far from compassionate, unorganized and blatantly disrespect of the care a physician takes on to provide. Dr. Reed it took a lot for me to do this publicly but today when my daughter is in pain from a rash because she is on God knows how many meds and ECT treatments, you left me no choice but share the poor service to provide to a community.
Dr. Michelle Reed runs a great practice. I visit Dr. Reed and Associates at Family Medicine in the Rosedale office. I like the office. They are very efficient and modern.
This office is the size of a shoe box. The wait is over two hours and I came in with the flu and was given antibiotics and told I could not be given Tamiflu because there was a bad drug interaction. Did research and spoke with the pharmacist, there is no drug reaction. Also, if I wanted to see a PA I would go to an urgent care. Don't go here!
Dr. Michele Reed is an excellent doctor!!! Dr. Reed is very attentive and straight forward. She likes to have an open discussion with her patients to find out what is going on in their everyday lives and how it contributes to their overall health. She takes the time to ask questions and does not make rush decisions. I see her as my general practioner for annual visits as well as walk-ins when I am sick.
