I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr is fairly nice but if you have to call her on off hours she is not very friendly. I dont always feel like my kids are a top priority when they see her just another paying customer. Her MA Shavone is very nice to the kids but not always friendly with the parents. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
VERY TURNED OFF BY THE APPEARANCE OF THE OFFICE. DOCTOR IS FAIRLY NICE AND ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS. NOT SURE IF I WILL BE RETURNING.
