I was a cleft lip and palate patient. Didn't have the chance to express my gratitude towards Dr Briggs, Dr Nakashima and the staff since I had to leave town unexpectedly. Had 2 procedures done - a bone graft surgery and an orthognathic surgery, one year apart of the other; and had many appointments prior to each procedure. Dr. Briggs planted an implantfor me which was not stable enough to support a crown. Months later, she removed that and placed a second implant. I am now told' more than a year after I started this process that the second implant will also not hold a crown. I have called Dr. Briggs office several times to resolve this. She has never called me back. I am extremely frustrated. I was also left in the chair, after extensive medications, told by the office staff to be careful driving home. This whole thing is horrible.
This was the most unprofessional and horrible experienced i have ever had at a doctors office. The staff is terrible, the facility is old and not up to date, bedside manner is terrible, they were late, and they just need to retire. I don't think that any other business would survive with people like this group.
Refused to honor written quote of $950.25 Insisted I pay additional $316.75 or $100 cancellation fee the day of surgery. Kept patient with known anxiety disorder waiting 30 minutes, unbeknownst to me, until I paid additional amount. Dr blamed issue on new employee, wrong price guide, insurance fraud if she honored written quote. Really sickening experience. Felt completely bullied by staff and doctor.
