He was very professional and did a fantastic job.
Took the time to explain each step of the Mohs procedure and patiently answered questions. Procedure proceeded flawlessly. Medical assistant Brad equally as patient with questions and explaining prep procedures and after care instructions.
Went here yesterday for Moh's surgery on my cheek for removal of yet another basal cell carcinoma, the second time I have been at this amazing practice. The front desk assistant was friendly and patient, and I did not wait that long at all to be seen. Nicole came out to get me and escorted me back to the treatment room and was friendly and chatty and checked on me throughout my two and a half hour stay and made everything comfortable for me the whole time.
