Terrible! I can only agree with Megans review and pile on. The staff is very nice, but if the office staff would do a pre-cert, I wouldn't be at war with them right now. I was assured my appointment would be covered by my co-pay SEVERAL times otherwise I couldn't keep it. The main girl, Katie told me to ignore all the bills I was getting while she was still dealing with the insurance, and called to ask me to call them too to see what was up.
