The staff at this covington office is not as helpful as I thought. I came to a appt. Early. 10 min. I had a 8:00 appt. I was told by the staff no one was allowed in due to HIPPA rules. Really. Im a patient and can't sit in the lobby to wait 10 min. Then they slam the door so I called at 7:59 am they lied and said I was early. Im looking at my appt card now. It says 8:00 am. Very disrespectful 😒 they need training on customer service.
