Dr. Powers is a very knowledgeable, kind and caring Doctor. He has done several surgeries for me. Excellent results. If you want the very best I recommend Dr. M. Powers hands down.
Dr. Powers is a comfort to have as your Doctor. I have went to him for knee surgery, two carpal tunnel surgeries, a shoulder surgery, anterior nerve surgery and two trigger finger releases over the past several years. Presently I am receiving Euflexxa injections in both knees for arthritis. All went well, with a successful recoveries. he always makes the patient feel safe and will take time to talk with you and answer your questions. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Powers always makes you feel comfortable and takes the time to make sure you understand. He never makes you feel like you are being rushed. I had a very good out come with my surgery, very please. No more pain.

I had Carpal Tunnel Release & Anterior Ulnar Nerve Release Transposition surgery done on my left arm. I would highly recommend Dr Powers to anyone who might need surgery done that he specializes in. He is very thorough in his explanation of what needs to be done and how he will do it. He is caring and compassionate in time spent with the patient. You have a sense of trust in his work and expertise. He is a great asset to the hospital and the community.

These surveys are given to a person soon after surgery so beware of what people post it is too so to evaluate the total procedure. The biggest thing I have against Dr. Powers is not manning up to a mistake he made while putting the skin back together he didn't have the sides aligned and one is higher than the other. This causes a lot of painful irritation if touched. He blamed it on a keloid. I have come to realize on no other operation do I have any keloids he was just covering up a mistake.
Dr. Powers is an exceptional surgeon !! He has a wonderful bedside manner and I would recommend him to everybody that needs a hip replacement. I am 57 years old and had arthritis so bad in both hips that just walking from my door to the car was excruciating. I started having trouble just doing every day things like grocery shopping or standing for more than 5 minutes at a time. I finally had one hip replaced in April and the other replaced in August. It's been 5 weeks and I am walking pain free!
