Dr. Powers is a great physician! He takes s much time and really listens to how you’re feeling and what’s going on with you! He’s very intelligent and explains things very well! I have never had any doctor be so genuine than he has to me! I would highly recommend him!
I had Carpal Tunnel Release & Anterior Ulnar Nerve Release Transposition surgery done on my left arm. I would highly recommend Dr Powers to anyone who might need surgery done that he specializes in. He is very thorough in his explanation of what needs to be done and how he will do it. He is caring and compassionate in time spent with the patient. You have a sense of trust in his work and expertise. He is a great asset to the hospital and the community.

These surveys are given to a person soon after surgery so beware of what people post it is too so to evaluate the total procedure. The biggest thing I have against Dr. Powers is not manning up to a mistake he made while putting the skin back together he didn't have the sides aligned and one is higher than the other. This causes a lot of painful irritation if touched. He blamed it on a keloid. I have come to realize on no other operation do I have any keloids he was just covering up a mistake.
Dr. Powers is an exceptional surgeon !! He has a wonderful bedside manner and I would recommend him to everybody that needs a hip replacement. I am 57 years old and had arthritis so bad in both hips that just walking from my door to the car was excruciating. I started having trouble just doing every day things like grocery shopping or standing for more than 5 minutes at a time. I finally had one hip replaced in April and the other replaced in August. It's been 5 weeks and I am walking pain free!
After a few consultations and much hesitation on my part, I finally decided it was time to have hip replacement because I could see the pain was hindering things I wanted to do. Dr. Powers and his nurse had answered all my questions and won my confidence. My surgery and recovery was better than I had hoped. I stayed overnight in the hospital and returned home for physical therapy. The boot camp prior to surgery helped me to know what to expect. Dr. Powers is 5 star in my book!

I felt very comfortable dealing with Dr. Powers. He is very knowledgeable about what he does. He explains things very clearly. His staff is pleasant to work with and I have always had good experiences when I was there. Most importantly he did a fantastic job replacing my knee!! I am most likely to recommend him to others and in fact already have. Thank You Curtis W. Stoldt
