DR POWERS IS A VERY DOWN TO EARTH PHYSICIAN. HE EXPLAINS HEALTH ISSUES AND PROCEDURES FULLY. HE IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS IN MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS UNDERSTOOD AND QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED.
