If i could give them zero stars I would. The staff isn't bad but the amount of time you have to wait is ridiculous. Appointment scheduled at 3pm, an hour later and still waiting to be called in. Last time, I took all 3 of my children for a screening, appointment scheduled at 2pm, we were in the office past 5pm. The little note on the wall about the wait does not help.... Get your act together and stop wasting our time. Most of us are working parents taking time off just to bring our children there.
If I could give less than a one star I would. This place is a joke. Took my daughter to have her teeth cleaned seems simple but it wasn't for this place. The assistant was getting xrays of her mouth and she kept shoving the hard plastic down her throat. My daughter told her she was hurting her throat and she was going to throw up. But the assistant was persistent and continued to shove the plastic down her throat till my daughter was in tears. So as her father I told the assistant that's it she's done.
