I hope people reed this. I call to make an appointment and I ask if they accept my insurance and they told me yes we do. They did not tell me about I have to pay for the first visit or to bring all my medications. The other part is they did not tell me that Dr Randolph Harding DC no longer he is not there because he retired. After compete 5 pages and sign them, the front lady told me I need to pay for the first visit 50 dollars and the Dr Harding he is not there any longer. Wow what a joke to treat new patients. I have gone to Dr Shontz for many years. Even after a bike accident and a neck injury I still trust him to take care of me.
Absolutely not recommended. Just spent my time, big bill to.my insurance
I have been receiving treatments from Dr. Shontz for about 40 years. He has helped relieve my sciatic pain with just a few adjustments and to correct a small injury from a fall. I also have monthly visits (which I call maintenance visits) just to keep my body feeling good. I highly recommend Dr. Shontz to anyone who needs relief from pain and discomfort.
I knew I had found the right place to help me with treatment from the moment Tina, the receptionist answered the phone. She was warm and welcoming and able to get me in for an appointment right away. Dr Shontz has exceeded my expectations, while offering a listening ear and giving realistic expectations as I heal from my injury. Thank you for everything!
