Dr. Shifrin has been the most professional and knowledgeable chiropractor that I have ever found. He takes a great deal of time and effort to understand his patients needs and pain management. His services include a physiotherapy at the start of sessions which I found to help prepare my body for the adjustments. Each maintenance session last 20 minutes and has helped me a ton over the the years that I have been seeing him!
Dr. Shifrin is a very caring, skilled, and friendly chiropractor. Highly recommend for anyone in the Baltimore area!
I've been seeing Dr. Mike for two months now. My lower back and neck were killing me since we had a baby. He has been a life changer. Amazingly professional and effective in fixing you up. Pro tip: Dr. Mike also happens to be a foodie so he also provides great restaurant recommendations!
I've been dealing with neck pain for over a year now due primarily to clenching my jaw, and had tried a bunch of things to attempt address it (heating pad, acupuncture, massages, lidocane patches, jaw massaging and acupressure, etc) and wasn't able to get more than a day or so of relief at a time.
