After reading the negative reviews, it occurred to me that they all complain about scheduling and communication issues. I am a new patient, and I think I have my first appointment today at 5:00, but I have called no less than seven times at different times of the day and on different days to confirm my appointment, but NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. I am beginning to think that they are on vacation and that I should find a new dentist.
