The absolute worst experience visiting a doctor. The office staff is just as bad. Good luck getting ahold of anyone to explain the exuberant bill for a 10 minute visit with the doctor. Highly recommend finding another doctor who has compassion for your health.
He was rude, short, dismissive. Doesn’t respond to messages through portal, didn’t explain MRI results - let me flounder. Anything to get patients in to charge for an appointment I guess
Excellent care from initial visit through surgery and beyond.Dr. Bahk was kind and listened to my concerns. Explained and reexplained what was going on and even long after surgery was helping me with issues that I shouldn't have (which turned out to be an unrelated medical issue.)They never made me feel like I was a bother and truly wanted me to get to my best results - which I have. Dr. Bahk and his entire staff treated me with respect and were all very helpful.

I was so pleased with Dr. Bahk, Neil and the whole care team at SCOI.
The doctor might be good - but his PA. simply doesn't care. I was scheduled for a cortisone shot for a torn rotator cuff, drove to the appointment, (I'm in a wheelchair, by the way) only to be told that they had already given me too may cortisone shots and I had to take my pain and go home. His only alternative solution? Surgery. I can't have surgery and not use my arm for weeks - I'm in a wheelchair. I'd go in circles, pushing with one arm! Any other options? This has been one of the MOST positive experiences I’ve had… medically. So professional all the way around, from first office visit through my second week post-surgery… with daily follow-up from Dr. Bahk’s office. I’m impressed and SO pleased with the care given me!
Visits have been great. The team has been amazing from office visits, day of surgery and the post opp check ups.
The surgery experience was perfect,I was well informed every step of the way. Communication with the PA was excellent and I was able to get a response within a short period of time. Thank you for your expertise and continued care with your staff
