In 1989 at the age of 26, Dr. Riva graduated as a Certified Specialist in Orthodontics from the University of Toronto. Dr. Riva and his staff are really great. One of the things I appreciate most is that they make a huge effort to get you in and out quickly. Our friends, who go to another ortho in the area, book several hours off for each appointment because of how long they have to wait. Dr. Riva knows your time is valuable which is really important to our family. We're so happy we decided on Dr. Riva. My daughter's teeth look amazing!
Dr Riva put my braces on for me over 10 years ago and I still go to see him if I have any issues with the wires behind my teeth, he fixes them at no charge. I have always been afraid of the dentist and any dental procedures but he and his staff are amazing and explain everything before they start. I'll always remember the day I had my braces removed (after 4 years of having them on) he gave me a jumbo box of smarties.
We tried another orthodontic office but heard about Dr. Riva through friends and co-workers. We are so pleased with his office and the friendly staff. Our daughter just got her braces and is very happy so far with her treatment. We are so glad we found his office.
This office showed plenty of dedication and hard work. Going there was an exceptional experience for me.
I had a broken wire originally placed out of town and he fixed it for me at no charge! Such a warm and friendly office!
Provided an overall excellent orthodontic experience, both Dr.Riva himself and his staff. He is attentive and an excellent listener, very thorough in his treatment. He is extremely experienced and it shows in his expertise and ability to answer any question posed to him. His staff is also friendly and accommodating. Dr. Riva is a fabulous Orthodontist. He is responsive, technically superior and kind. He relates well to his patients and his office has a very inviting, comfortable feeling. His staff is great. Highly recommend Dr. Riva!
Dr. Riva is a wonderful dentist that I have been going to with my children for several years. He is very gentle and well mannered. There is never a wait in the office and if there is there is always plenty of magazines and TV's to watch. The Hygenist's that he hires are second to none. I have never met one that is not friendly and very good at their job. Keep up the great work. Happy Smiling!!!!
