8 minutes before my appointment, I was informed I had more forms to fill out, outside of the check-in. I was rushing to get them done while also joining the video link, which did not work. I tried multiple devices. None of the links work. At the same time, I was calling his office to try and get some help. Very clinical and poor bedside manner when talking to individuals in a vulnerable position. Seemed very fluent in research and DSM, but lacking real understanding of complex trauma.
