Dr. Reitz made zero effort on making right on our appointment. I was unable to use their link. After calling around two places and waiting on hold for over 20 minutes, I finally discovered what office I was suppose to call. As this was a virtual appointment, I did not know which office the doctor worked out of, and the text messages sent prior to my appointment did not specify.
