strongly recommend that people think carefully before choosing Dr. Michael Raciti for cataract surgery. Based on my mother’s experience, we have been extremely disappointed and distressed with the care she received. My mother had cataract surgery, but the cataract could not be successfully removed. We believe there were complications during the procedure that caused significant damage to her eye. Her eye has remained extremely red and she has continued to have serious problems for about a year. What a great place to go. Such a awesome Dr. I had my eyes checked at the eye specialist and had cataract surgery on both eyes at the surgery center, No sedation. He is the best, most polite, caring Dr. I highly recommend him. The staff at both places were outstanding.
New office is beautiful but the long wait times have not improved. Very frustrating. In addition the new building is poorly marked and hard to find. All the staff were attentive and very professional. Dr. Raciti was very good.
Completely rushed experience. Quite disappointed. Will be finding another ophthalmologist.
