I was treated by Dr Mclaughlin on 9/11 in the ER for an abdominal abcess. He wasn't condescending, didn't judge me, listened to what I had to say. He made me feel really comfortable. I've also had two abcesses drained there before and it was excruciating. I felt like I was being butchered. When he drained it, I felt almost no pain. I was really fortunate to be treated by him. I don't know why all doctors can't give that level of quality care.
