I really value and trust Dr. Kletz's expertise. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable physician. However, the front desk staff has been consistently unpleasant, curt and abrupt with no eye contact. This is very disconcerting and off putting, especially since they're the first line of staff at Dr. Kletz's office. The other staff including the medical assistants have always been very pleasant and kind.
This was a very unpleasant experience for me. I call and asked specifically if they did a specific type of specialized testing. I was told yes… only after I was subjected to test I wasn’t there for did I find out they didn’t do the test I needed. What a waste of time.
Dr. Kletz is a first class professional. He does one thing quite well: gives you long-term relief from the awful allergies and pollen counts in the Washington region. I have received allergy shots with him for a long time. I went from being a heavy allergy sufferer to having very minor symptoms. Give him a chance - you will see improvements fairly quickly.
I've been a patient at this practice for almost 3 years. All of my experiences have been positive. Dr. Kletz is patient, kind, and in my case, goes above and beyond and takes the time to listen. Since I go there on a regular basis (monthly) I have had all positive experiences with the entire staff. Scheduling is easy, the staff are polite, professional and always pleasant. I highly recommend this practice.
Never met a doctor more interested in proving himself right. Bad bedside manner, very condescending. The office staff is also a mess: front office blaming billing, billing blaming nurses. My advice: Go elsewhere. Avoid the headache and the arrogance.
