I can't believe this guy has any regular patients. Who would go back? He just spoke over me and interrupted me the whole time. When he was done with what he had to say, he just turned and walked out of the room, leaving me sitting there wondering if my appointment was done or if he was coming back. No goodbye. No "come back in a month". Just walked out. I sat there for 10 minutes until the nurse finally came in and I had to tell her that I didn't even get my prescriptions from the doctor. Total jerk! Visited this doctor about a month ago. Left his office wwith a feeling that I wast just a gear on his conveyor belt. He quickly looked up my skin, quickly said that spots on my skin were harmless questions, Dr. Bilkis shut me with: " I have said all I had to say and I am not going to repeat myself!"... Excuse me, doctor for trying to bother you with my questions, with my visit and with my troubles. Dr. Bilkis knows his stuff, but doesn't have the best bedside manner. He speaks quickly and doesn't wait around for you to ask questions. If you have something to ask, be prepared and ask as soon as he comes in. The receptionist in Morristown is cold and uncaring. The nurses are knowledgable and kind.
This is not a Dr. This is a man generating as much income as possible for himself. Angry, beligerant, totally self-absorbed
If not for the women who run the office and assist him with his examinations, etc. there would be no patients. He is totally disconnected and uncaring and spends the entire visit entering codes in his computer so he can get paid.
Dr. Bilkis is a very kind, approachable and knowledgable doctor. He was able to help me when no one else could. I highly recommend him!
Poor bedside manner and complete lack of sensitivity to privacy concerns. Example: I've been to Bilkis probably 7 or 8 times for treatment, and he would routinely discuss patient care/medical issues in the waiting room, including my own. Embarrassing for everyone, and very unprofessional, at the least. Having said that, he did give me the course of treatment I wanted. You have to weigh the good with the bad with this guy. Personally, I expect my medical treatments to be confidential matters, and I would not go back.
Dr. Bilkis is very knowlegeable in his field. He has a dry sense of humor, but I've had worse. The one negative thing is, Dr. Bilkis should try not too be so pushy with trying to sell his cosmetic procedures!! Overall he's truly a good Doctor!!
