I wasted a day, travel, and money on this appointment only to receive dismissive, unhelpful, and hostile treatment. The doctor clearly gatekept access to a proven, noninvasive radiological procedure and instead pushed his only options like steroids and surgery. It’s 2025, patients deserve more than this. Clearly this doctor is threatened by a treatment and a doctor that could reduce my pain faster, cheaper, and safer and would rather keep patients in pain or prefer surgery, so he can make money. Dr Pensak operated on my really bad wrist fracture and did a wonderful job fixing me up. My sister is an emergency doctor and has a large network of ortho surgeons who all praised Dr Pensak's work on my wrist after seeing my post-op xrays. The medical and administrative staff in office is also very nice and helpful.. 10/10
