Great surgeon. I can see clearly again. Every single person i encountered was kind and professional. Truly the best medical encounter I have ever experienced
The providers are top notch. The staff all look like they wish they were somewhere else. At the front desk, they treat you as if you are privileged to be there. I have never had a doctor appointment on time there. Today's wait was 50 minutes
The doc is a pragmatic fellow, but this is the second time here and won’t ever come back… same as the first time, a long wait, this time a 9:40 appointment, an hour wait in the exam room and I actually left, but then crying in the parking lot I realized the info I needed was so critical, and I returned, and then another hour to finalize… I understand that unexpected issues can arise during appointments, but to overbook people like this, is so disrespectful and uncaring
