I had put off dental work for a long while because of having dealt with previous disasters at a young age- that mixed with knowing I was going to need to have A LOT of work done, I was distraught. Dr. K and Terri were so gentle, professional and efficient. I could truly not ask for a better experience.
Our family has been going here for years. Dr Kovaleski has always been friendly and professional.
I guess being a long time patient doesn’t mean much here. I was surprised by a large bill, because it was not stated to me before my appointment that I had to pay upfront. My previous appointment was billed to my insurance first, so I expected it to be the same. After paying the bill, I questioned it, but was treated rudely by the staff because I was upset about having to pay a bill I couldn’t really afford at the time and confused as to why it wasn’t processed the same as 2 months ago. Will be looking for a new dentist now.
