Originally, I went to this office to see Michael Feinstein and never saw him!! They always sent me to somebody else each time. This office is buiilt totally on greed… They had me do two tests, A blood test and a urine test and I had an appointment. In the morning of my appointment, they called me to tell me that they no longer took my insurance!!!! How dare they have me do these tests and then let me know the day I’m supposed to show up! Dr Finklestein has been wonderful. He tells you how it is. He explains What your options are and helps you follow thru with your treatment. He is knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend him to everyone. The office visits are quick and easy. Very friendly environment. I am thankful he is my doctor.
My husband’s 1st appointment waited for over 1 hr to see Dr Finklestein. States he was on a phone call! Really?? How rude! Next appointment schedule for a biopsy . Wk prior no instructions give for procedure should have stopped blood thinners prior. When I spoke to Dr Finklestein on the phone regarding no instructions given he was very rude and dismissed my husband from his practice and hung up on me! Wow!!! That was a horrible experience !

I’ve been seeing Dr Finkelstein for over 3 years & he is an awesome Doctor. As I am deaf, he really explained prostate cancer & all the ins/outs/options on treatment. At the end of the day I had it removed 2 years ago & been under his care for follow ups. The only gripe I’ve experienced is that the Pecos office generally runs late & the staff aren’t all that friendly & don’t communicate very well.
