Dr. Castillo was recommended to me by a good friend. I had an appointment at 9:30am and I was in the office and speaking to Dr. Castillo within minutes of that time. Dr. Castillo is very professional and knowledgeable. He listened and explained things to me. He even has an monitor right there that he uses. Very professional. I would strongly recommend him.
Dr Castillo has always listened carefully and patiently, and has provided excellent care. Has always given options. He’s outstanding and I highly recommend him. He seems to really enjoy his work unlike so many other Doctors.
My husband was admitted to hospial for peritonsillar abscess he was medicated for pain when the dr came in to speak to him. i had went for a snack since we'd been waiting all day to see the dr. So i wasn't able to get any info, he proceeds to ask my heavily medicated husband questions and give him information when he was clearly out of it. He never came back to check on him either. When i got back to the room my husband told me what happened and how confused he was. Very unprofessional imo!
