My first visit with Dr Castillo. I was in pain from ear infection. Dr Castillo was caring and careful. He patiently explained my condition and prescribed meds to help. Office quickly got me in and with no delays. I recommend Dr Castillo and his staff.
Dr Castillo was excellent in diagnosing my condition, explaining it to me, and giving me the information I needed to make an informed decision about my treatment plan. I opted for a surgical treatment and Dr Castillo explained the process from pre-op through post-op. I was able to understand the entire process and am fully satisfied with Dr Castillo, his staff, my surgery and recovery.
This was my first visit with Dr. Castillo. I am happy with my decision in seeing him.
highly recommend doctor Castillo very thorough & understanding, explains things very easily his whole staff is very compassionate. if all offices in the medical field ran like this office our experiences going to the doctors to seek help would be so much less frustrating. I had chronic sinus for many years. I have not had any sinus issues in over 2 years. Now having other health problems Dr Castillo is being very proactive to make certain my Health concerns are priority.

Dr. Castillo is the best! My almost 3 year old son has seen Dr. Castillo since he was about 10 months. My son loves to see the doctor and his staff. Everyone is super friendly!
Dr Castillo always treats me with care and respect . I have some special GI issues that he adjusts my care to. Very kind doctor and is always correct on assessment of my illnesses!!
With this being my first visit to this facility and with Dr. Castillo, I was sceptical; however, from the moment I stepped in the office; the staff was very friendly and courteous. Dr. Castillo listened attentatively to my concerns and what was going on with me. His method of treatment was not based on what everyone who comes in with similar symptoms had, he found the problem and offered a solution that was beneficial to me.
Dr. Castillo knows is his stuff and is easy to talk with as well (which is a rare trait in most doctors). He was open and honest about my options which I respect. He also answered all my wife's questions as well. I am glad I chose him.
