I notified the office and changed my appointment but his staff messed up. When I was out of country they called me to remind me of the original appointment day. Then twice his staff changed my appointments and did not notify me or leave a message. Dr. Meschino made prep notes regarding my hernia surgery. He said he would use an existing scar but I guess he didn't read his notes because I got a new scar in a different location and it looks terrible. Excellent surgeon! Had an umbilical hernia he repaired. Office is very professional.
Poor planning and scheduling of patients, had my appointment for 5 months walked in and was told that I wasn’t booked, after a few minutes they finally found my appointment. Was in the waiting room with 8 other ppl all scheduled 10 minutes apart, 10 minutes is not nearly enough time to listen to a patients concerns. This unorganization in the medical field is completely ridiculous and unprofessional.
