Dr. McLaughlin has been my doctor for over 3 years and he has improved my life significantly! He always takes time to explain the pros and cons of any procedure and medication and is a very encouraging provider! I couldn’t be the husband and father I am without his support and guidance! Couldn’t recommend him enough!
Not sure about Dr. McLaughlin himself because I never saw him. The nursing/scheduling staff was absolutely AWFUL!! I can't stress awful enough! I was referred to him from my PCM and it was apparent from the outset that they had absolutely no desire to see me or help me get an appointment. After the fact, I've been told that's because I'm retired military and they don't like dealing with Tricare/Humana. If that's the case then don't accept that insurance and waist my time. Dr. McLaughlin is nothing short of a miracle, my hero!! I've had lower back pain for decades and now I'm essentially pain free. I can not stress strongly enough what a kind and dedicated doctor he is a credit to his profession. Dr. McLaughlin always takes time to explain in layman's terms how to advance with treatment. Thanks Doc!!! You da Man!!
