I have a procedure done that requires multiple shots in my head and Dr Kramer is the only one who is so gentle that I hardly feel them.
Dr. Kramer did a thorough exam and took the time to explain things from a medical perspective.
First, Dr. Kramer himself came out to call patients. He is personable, professional, and respects his patients, getting them on their way in no time.
Dr Lakow listens-has a sense of humor & is caring. His office staff is kind and efficient.
He goes over everything and makes sure I am up to date on all my medical needs
