Called today because we have been trying to get pregnant, this is my 4th pregnancy and I am 5 weeks it's not my first rodeo. I've seen him in the past and never had any issues with him himself. Yes I knew it was early but figured he was busy and I wanted to be put on the schedule even if it was in June (1 expected this doctors usually don't see you until 10-12 weeks). Doesnt Seem like They Like To Answer Calls or Call People Back. I've Left 2 Voicemails A Week Ago & Still Haven't Recieved A Call Back. Terrible Customer Service. Yeah Dr Jones Might Be A Good Dr, But The Front Desk Needs To Be Better About Answering Phone Calls.

Best doctor I have ever seen! If I could go to him for all my health care Needs I would! He has delivered all three of my kids! Helped me with my postpartum depression. Listens to ever concer I bring to him. My mom went to him, my sister goes to him and my daughters will go to him! I trust him!
