Dr. Blum is terrific, very concerned and patient. He listens to you and never rushes you. Great bedside manor. The staff at his office are also very caring and nice to work with. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone we have also told us they love him.
Every time they keep you waiting close to an hour. They should learn how to schedule. It’s ridiculous. And the office has 5 providers and the smallest waiting room. There’s not enough chairs to sit on so you can wind up standing the whole time.
Dr Blum is my favorite dr??Since I have relocated to south Florida 3 yrs ago..
He is an excellent physician and I would not hesitate in referring anyone to use him. The office staff is excellent and patient receive excellent care.
The line is always busy. When you get through you are put on hold and then the call goes into space, bzz, bzz, bzz. This is part of South Pal m Gastroenterology.in Delray. Messages are left and call backs are very slow. Those who finally answer are not nice. A new phone system or an expanded system is needed. My system tells me the party is not answering try again later when it does ring and not giving a busy signal. The staff ratings are based on the phone calls NOT the in office visits
Dr. Blum took the time to hear my concerns with risk factors and family history. He was informative and it never seemed rushed. He performed 2 procedures on me - he made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation and was all around great! Even got the procedures scheduled on rather short notice! Office is clean, staff id friendly, and they run on time!!!
