I like the doctor. But the MA called me many times to set up surgery but unable to answer my couple of questions and seemed unwilling to truly care to help me. Told me to google my question or set up an additional appointment to come in to ask the doctor these very basic questions. Wasted so much of my time and added frustration not getting the answer I got in 30 seconds when I finally called back the office and talked to the nurse who answered my questions easily and quickly.
AMAZING bedside care! From start to finish, Dr. Kubala listened to me as a patient and not just another number or dollar. I felt seen and heard. Thank you removing my large goiter and for your amazing after care.
Dr. Kubala and his staff are fantastic. Dr. Kubala performed my septoplasty and turbinoplasty and I can breathe now in ways I never knew was possible. I am sleeping better and my wife tells me my snoring is much better (always a plus!). The surgery went very well and he put my mind at ease before the surgery. His staff was very helpful, responded to all my questions, and handled everything with insurance seamlessly. My eight year son had his tonsils, adenoids and turbinates removed by Dr Kubala. Dr Kubala was amazing. My son sleeps so much better and no longer snores. If you are looking for a great surgeon for tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and turbinate reduction in dfw( dallas, plano, frisco, prosper) look no further. He is the best surgeon. I highly recommend!!!
