Came with back pain and he didn’t even proper feeled or looked on my back and my posture , just give me painkillers and wanted to send me to get x-rays . I went to the chiropractor afterwards who told me no need to get x-rays to see there is misalignment in the spine and that the muscle are inflamed around - lucky good doctors around .
Dr. Michael Kingsley is our GP and also the GP of many of our friends. Whenever I had a health issue I went to visit him and guess what? I always get better. He has excellent bedside manner and will only prescribe a drug when you actually really need it. I will also say that all the clinic staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Kingsley has been my GP since 2010 and I would highly recommend him to anybody.
Lack of professionalism and seemed distracted/disinterested. I won't go here again. I wish there was more screening around the quality of customer service and levels of empathy in the medical industry.
