I am 6 days post op from a discectomy/ laminectomy at 2 levels lower lumbar spine. I am feeling great and haven't even needed any painkillers in last day and half! I was unable to walk for 3 months before my surgery and now am walking around like a champ! Dr. Kapsokavathis spent an entire hour with me each time I saw him at his office explaining everything very patiently! He also answered all of my crazy emails leading up to the Surgery.
