My experience has not been a good one , started off with a rude secretary who made my appointment. At my appointment I wasn’t told about the anti glare I figured my insurance covered it since nobody said anything to me , I pick up my glasses was told I had to use the drive through waited forever , finally my turn glasses needed adjusted and I was told to go back around and get in line so I had to wait for 4 or 5 cars ahead of me after I already waited forever get home couldn’t believe how bad the glare was , called to ask wh... read more

We have been going to Dr KJ Shaheen for years our whole family ,since his children were little and now they work with him! He's always treated us like family! And he always supported us when my husband had his hand car wash and detail shop we would wash his cars!
Dr. Michael Shaheen is positive, caring, and informative. I really appreciated how he explained the technology behind the eye exam and how he determined my prescription. He truly cares and isn’t rushing you out the door! :-)
