One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. The staff must have not been trained very well. Dr Kim is the worst ENT ever. He didnt seem interested in answering any of my questions before the procedure, although he told me to ask questions. Then the day of the surgery, he started to yell at my daughter who was crying in fear. After post-op he dismissed a 102 fever, and cancelled all her antibiotics, she ended up bleeding out, and had 2 ear infections!
