No one ever picks up the phone here or calls back. It took 2 months to fill my prescription after my appointment and it was incorrect when I got it. No one ever called me back. Bill arrives 5 months later and cannot get a hold of the office to pay it.
Awful. I've been waiting months for my appointment. They called to move my appointment last week for no reason. Rescheduled. Finally my appointment day arrives and I received another call to reschedule. Their reason? Another patient cancelled their appointment right before mine and they don't want a gap in his schedule. Then they said the next time I can be seen is next month!!
Dr. Burns and the ladies here are absolutely amazing. I am most comfortable when seeing them and always leave feeling like I was just visiting family. Dr. Burns is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with any question or concern I may throw his way!
He is hands down one of the best Doctors in Dermatology. He has operated me at least 3x and you cannot see the scars. He is very skilled and thorough. I’ve gone to him for about 15 years now. Very good Doctor, I trust him 100%
Great staff and Dr. Burns does a very thorough/excellent job and he is great at explaining and performing procedures. I bring my whole family here.
