Dr Naggut is a great doctor.He will actually sit you down for an hr if he has to so he can see what is really going on with you.I have been through so much and he has never done nothing but listen and looked for solutions to help me.He actually cares about people and I feel that is where a lot of doctors lack in.I have had other doctors had me a prescription and say have a good day and walk out.I give him 10 stars if I could because he even calls to check in on me and that is important.y I other doctors have done that for me... read more

Dr. Naguit is a good doctor but his office staff is rude, make billing errors and should not be dealing with patients, especially mental patients. My insurance company is in network so I am ONLY responsible for my co-pay and that is in their contract, as I was advised by my insurance company. One of the checks from the insurance company got lost in the mail and she made 2 attempts to get it replaced and then refused to schedule any appointments for me until I paid the insurance company's portion. Dr Naguit is a good doctor but the office management is appalling. I was told they no longer accepted my insurance and was made to pay $150 per visit in 2022. My insurance says they are still in network but were never billed for any visits in 2022. I was also made to pay $150 to have paperwork completed when I was just seen less than one month prior. Very sad that people are treated this way,

I have called Dr. Naguit's office twice now trying to set up a new patient appointment, and have never received a call back.
