Wow terrible service. There is no messaging service or voicemail to leave for Dr. West. My husband tried multiple times to cancel earlier this week but the front desk did not pickup so the phone just rang and rang. He called 4 times throughout the day. The day of the appointment, the doctor office calls and says they are going to charge us a $75 fee. This doctor does not care about his patients. Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all in his field. Very disappointing.
I love Dr. West, he has done an incredible job managing my thyroid issues. I highly recommend.
Echoing what others have said about the front desk guy, Ken. Dr. West seems great, but not worth the weird interactions on the front end.
