Waited a while and felt rushed. Thought front desk staff was rude. Felt doc cared but didn’t understand my concerns

From appointment scheduling to meeting the front desk staff and Dr. Sileo, everything was seamless. He is extremely knowledgeable and conservative always listening to the patient. I will never use another orthopedic surgeon. His office in Commack also makes it very convenient for patients who live west of his home office in East Setauket. This is a top notch operation.
Dr. Sileo was amazing! I would highly recommend him and his expertise!!!
Everything from the front office to seeing Dr Sileo was excellent. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr Sileo was compassionate and diagnosted my arthritic knee and treated it and I am doing great since I got the cortisone shot.
I went for an appointment for my knee ,the staff vat the front desk yell, one was on her cell phone, and another was yelling across the room to say my referral didn't go through when i was personally on the phone when the referral was made, awful receptionist , they have no clue what they are doing.Stay AWAy..........
The office got me in immediately, 2 days before going on a cruise. I literally couldn't walk and was in tears due to an arthritic knee. Dr. Sileo gave me a cortisone injection and I was 90% better in 2 days. I had the best cruise ever thanks to Dr. Sileo and his staff!!!
Dr. Sileo takes the time to explain your condition / problem with compassion -He takes his time to answer your questions and is in no rush to get you out. He is what every Dr. should be a true professional concerned about his patients
Dr Sileo has a friendly, courteous but very professional demeanor,, it was easy to get an appointment and his staff is very helpful
