Dr. Altman did a wonderful job with my cardiac catheterization. He provided precise understandable, complex information beautifully. He was kind and supportive that I would be able to live many more years. Terrific physician!
He isn't the only one I've been too but definitely one of the best. He goes above and beyond as far as explaining procedures and making the patient the most comfortable as can be expected. I put my trust into his amazing ability to save lives as he did mine. I've been to him a few times and definitely would again. So glad Dr. BUI sent me to him.
In the month of September 2020 I experience a terrible cardiac episode, I had tremendous upper chest pressure and difficulty breathing. I waited over night and this condition lingered. She is an Angel. Kristen told me she would be there for me long after the Emergency Critical Care Heart Attack, then was and is there for me, whom she had never met, precisely as promised.. Kind to everyone, even those not so much. Humble, empathetic, adroit, articulate using "common man" terms. Promises are kept, treats her patients as if they are family, and you would love her as a sister. I was there due to fainting episodes that happened several times per day. While there I nearly passed out while she was taking a blood pressure. Had my wife not been there to catch me I would have crashed to the floor as the doctor and her assistants were too busy watching the cuff to do anything when I said I was about to pass out. She is amazingly comforting, empathetic, playful. She treats everyone with respect and dignity whether they are in the room or not. She does not shame you, but works positively to listen and work with you to solve your issues. She is amazing in every way I can think of that is important.
Doctor Thanavaro is a very caring Doctor she goes out of her way to take care of us who are her patient. I would highly recommend you to use this Doctor
Dr Altman treated me Friday August 16 2019. I was being seen for a heart kath. He and his staff were great, they helped turn a very stressful situation into something more manageable. His staff was very good, always explaining everything. Dr Altman himself was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I was lucky my procedure turned out great. But I knew he take care of whatever came up Thank all of you again, I would highly recommend you to anyone.
I’ve been pleased with my two meetings with Dr. Altman in the past year, although I waited 45 minutes past my last appointment time. However I may decide to go elsewhere because I can’t reach the office by phone. I tried 5 times to call to change an appointment, waited on hold an average of 15 or 20 minutes and never reached a human being. So I’m a no show. That’s just wrong!
