I read a bunch of reviews and did some research prior to seeing Dr. McCann. Based on reviews and ratings, I was a little nervous about bedside manner and behavior of Dr. McCann. I also saw that he had a couple of board reviews that didn’t lead to disciplinary action 3-4 years ago. My experience was professional and informative. Had a hernia repair. They saw me the same day my Primary referred ordered blood work and had the surgery 6 days later. He did an initial exam and I assume viewed my ultrasound. He explained the surgery and what to expect. He explained perfectly what was happening without fluffing it and spoke about existing issues I had and what medicines to stop taking. While it didn’t take long he was precise in all explanations enough so where I had no questions. The surgery went well
Dr. McCann has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced In my life . No compassion and very dry. He refused to answer any questions I had about my recent surgery he preformed and totally dismissed me . I have never in my life been treated so horribly by a dr in my life .
Had hernia surgery. He was informative and caring. Very little pain. Would use him again if needed.
I had my first surgery ever with Dr. McCann and it was better than I ever expected. He is pleasant and funny and put my fears to rest. The surgery itself was well done with little pain and quick recovery. I would recommend Dr. McCann to anyone.
Dr. McCann was professional and he did an excellent job with the surgical procedure. It was apparent he cares about his patients.
Very efficient and friendly office staff. Dr. McCann explained my surgery in advance, answered my questions, and the surgery went as expected. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Dr. McCann again if I ever require surgery again.
