I only met Dr. Mallis several weeks ago when I made the decision to determine whether I needed hernia surgery. In a very few minutes he determined my condition. We then began a rather informative and profoundly compassionate conversation. I cannot emphasize enough the bedside manner and his professional demeanor are unparalleled in my experience with doctors. You want the best, then look no further than Dr. Michael Mallis!
One of the essential qualities of a good doctor is compassion. People need to know that their doctor cares. Well, Dr. Mallis does care about his patients. I do recommend Dr. Mallis and his friendly staff. :)
Dr. Mallis was incredibly helpful and charming the entire visit. He provided easy to understand and thorough information while also making the whole experience a pleasure with his humor and overall personality. I left his office in a great mood, well informed not only with what I was dealing with, but on the steps to take next. One of the best doctors I’ve been to.
His staff has always been extremely friendly and very helpful each time I visited their office. I found Dr. Mallis to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable surgeon who listens to my questions and concerns. His answers were clear and complete, which made me feel at home. A week ago my live changed. I had a sharp lower abdominal pain on my right side. I visit the emergency at the hospital memorial Hospital at Pembroke and after a scan test Result, I had appendicitis. I was very nervous when I came but the office staff was super polite with me and made me so comfortable. When Dr. Mallis entered he took all fear away. He was very thorough with explanations and was extremely nice. He even made me laugh as he related to certain things brought up. Valerie was super amazing when scheduling my surgery. I loved how she also was so down to earth and professional. I felt super comfortable.
In my search for a surgeon I needed someone that I felt would be competent as I already knew that there would be complications from prior medical history. He met my expectations, I liked his thoughtfulness, and willingness to listen to detail. Explained his approach to the surgery, I felt at ease and could not have asked for anything more. Yes I would recommend him to anyone. And goes without saying god forbid in the future I should need any other surgery he would be the first I would seek out.
Dr Micheal Mallis is a good, sensible surgeon. He saved my mothers life with emergency iliostomy surgery. Throughout the process he explained everything to my mother and father and me. 10 months later a successful reversal was done and my mother is bag free and recovering well. Dr. Mallis was awesome. From my first visit to Surgery all went as planned. I felt comfortable and confident the entire process. His staff was top shelf as well. Neila and Valarie went above and beyond to assist in my planning and scheduling. I left everything to them to handle and they did. I would recommend Dr Mallis and his staff to all.
