Best surgeon - very compassionate and understanding. He has a human component.
I came in with intense abdominal pain from gallstones that lead to pancreatitis. Dr. MacDougall came to see me and made sure that I understood everything that needed to be done for relief of my symptoms. He was very thorough, caring and knowledgeable about my procedure and what needed to be done for relief. He preformed the operation perfectly and without any complications. I highly recommend Dr. MacDougall and would see him again for any surgical needs that I might have.
I met Dr. MacDougall in 2007 when I had to have my appendix out. I liked him immediately. He has such an excellent bed side manner. In 2012 I had breast cancer and he removed that as well. Now here it is 5 years later and I have cancer again. This time I need a mastectomy. I will be seeing him on March 27th. There was no hesitation that I wanted him to perform this surgery as well. I had no issues with the last 2 and I am 100% confident in his abilities.
Dr MacDougall is the best. We have great confidence in him and his skills as a surgeon.
Dr. MacDougall has been very professional and very respectful to me. I had many questions that he took time to answer. I never felt like I was just another patient. In and out and looking at the clock for the next patient. I felt like he cared and made me understand the news that I was given. If anybody out there is looking for a good Dr. that cares, then please give him a call. Terry R.
